Gastrointestinal perforation is a common cause of acute abdomen due to peritonitis. The etiology and pathophysiology gastrointestinal perforations varied can range from small prepyloric that relatively clean transection or large bowel with spillage contents in peritoneum gross contamination. Some these are more than others. Here we present 6 cases rare presenting us the casualty, their management postoperative course hospital. Methods: We will be assessing patients, history, clinical presentation, radiological imaging who presented secondary were intraoperatively diagnosed have pathology assess outcomes. Results: In this case series, 5 GI highlighted including posterior gastric perforation, DJ transection, jejunal mesenteric tear sigmoid colon perforation. All required different approach managing intraoperatively. Conclusion: requires emergency surgical intervention. CT has become fundamental part preoperative evaluation determine site perforation.Gastrointestinal tract occur various causes, most conditions require early recognition timely treatment mainstay for surgery. Atypical presentation challenge surgeons andshould prepared deal it.
